All of the attorneys at Erskine & Blackburn, P.L.L.C. are licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. The attorneys are not licensed to practice law in any other states. In the event a case requires prosecution in a state other than Texas, Erskine & Blackburn, P.L.L.C. will seek to be admitted in the necessary state for the limited purpose of prosecuting the case and/or associate local counsel in that state. An attorney – client relationship is only established by written agreement signed by a legal representative of Erskine & Blackburn, P.L.L.C. and the client(s).
